Yes, and that is the most common case. Clokku does not ask you to change how you handle clients, quotes, or invoices — it only takes care of hours, location, and job-site evidence. If your system is QuickBooks, a spreadsheet, a franchise portal, or something you built yourself, Clokku works alongside it without fighting. And if you need those hours inside your system, we have an API and exports.
No. Clokku runs on any iPhone since the 8 or any Android since 2018. The app is small and battery-light. If your crew already uses WhatsApp, they can use Clokku.
It works offline. The crew clocks in/out and it's saved on the phone. Once the internet is back, it syncs on its own. You don't lose a minute.
Free includes up to 3 employees. Essentials is $29/mo with 5 employees included and $5 per additional employee. Pro is $49/mo with 10 employees included and $7 per additional employee. Annual saves 2 months. The account owner does not count as a seat.
An active employee is any team member you have enabled in Clokku, regardless of how many hours they clocked. The account owner never counts. Each plan includes employees (Free: 3, Essentials: 5, Pro: 10); you only pay for additional employees. If someone stops working with you, deactivate them with one click and we stop charging automatically, crediting the prorated difference to your next invoice.
You export timesheets to CSV or PDF in one click — that works with any payroll software. Direct QuickBooks Online integration ships with the Pro plan and pushes hours without double entry.
It's not a spy app. Location and photo are captured ONLY at clock-in/out — not all 8 hours. Employees see exactly what's being recorded. Most prefer it because it pays them for hours actually worked, no argument.
Cancel with one click from the app. The 14-day trial requires no card — if you don't add payment by the end of the trial, the account just pauses. No surprise charge.
