An active employee is any team member you have enabled in Clokku, regardless of how many hours they clocked. The account owner never counts. Each plan includes employees (Free: 3, Essentials: 5, Pro: 10); you only pay for additional employees. If someone stops working with you, deactivate them with one click and we stop charging automatically, crediting the prorated difference to your next invoice.

You export timesheets to CSV or PDF in one click — that works with any payroll software. Direct QuickBooks Online integration ships with the Pro plan and pushes hours without double entry.

It's not a spy app. Location and photo are captured ONLY at clock-in/out — not all 8 hours. Employees see exactly what's being recorded. Most prefer it because it pays them for hours actually worked, no argument.

Cancel with one click from the app. The 14-day trial requires no card — if you don't add payment by the end of the trial, the account just pauses. No surprise charge.
